Is collaborative planning free?
Yes. Collaboration is free for a crew of up to 3 people (you plus two friends) on every trip. Growing your crew beyond that unlocks with Pro, which adds unlimited collaborators from £0.99/month.
How many people can plan a trip together?
On the free plan, up to 3 people can collaborate on a trip. Pro removes the limit entirely, so you can invite as many collaborators as you like.
Do collaborators need an account?
You can start planning without an account. To join a trip you've been invited to, you'll create a free account so your changes are saved and synced to everyone else in real-time.
Can we see each other's changes live?
Yes: moves, edits, new stops, bookings and budget updates all sync live, and you'll see collaborators' cursors and presence as they work.
