Horní Cerekev (German: Ober Zerekwe) is a town in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,900 inhabitants. The town proper is located on the Jihlava River in the Křemešník Highlands. Horní Cerekev was founded in the 14th century at the latest, but it became a town only in 2000.
