Yakınca (formerly Kileyik) is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of Yeşilyurt, Malatya Province, Turkey. Its population is 23,063 (2022). Before the 2013 reorganisation, it was a town (belde). It is situated between Malatya and Yeşilyurt on the Turkish state highway D.850. It is almost merged to Yeşilyurt and only 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from Malatya.
