Bunești (formerly Bundorf; German: Bodendorf; Hungarian: Szászbuda) is a commune in Brașov County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Bunești, Criț, Meșendorf, Roadeș, and Viscri. Each of these has a fortified church. The route of the Via Transilvanica long-distance trail passes through the villages Roadeș and Criț. The commune is located in the northern part of the county, on the border with Mureș County.
