Tetoiu is a commune located in Vâlcea County, Oltenia, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Băroiu, Budele, Măneasa, Nenciulești, Popești, Tetoiu (until 1968 Bugiulești) and Țepești. In the Bugiulești area in 1962, the paleoanthropologist Constantin S.
