Ramen () (拉麺, ラーメン or らあめん, rāmen; [ɾaꜜːmeɴ] ) is a Japanese noodle dish. It is a part of Japanese Chinese cuisine. It includes Chinese-style alkaline wheat noodles (中華麺, chūkamen) served in several flavors of hot broth.
