Nenagh ( NEE-nə; Irish: Aonach Urmhumhan, meaning 'the Fair of Ormond' (IPA: [ˈiː nˠəxˈʊɾˠəwũːənˠ]) or simply An tAonach 'the Fair') is the county town of County Tipperary in Ireland. Nenagh used to be a market town, and the site of the East Munster Ormond Fair. Nenagh was the county town of the former county of North Tipperary. It became the second-largest urban centre in the amalgamated county, with a population of 9,895 in 2022. The town is in a civil parish of the same name.
