Milovice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪlovɪtsɛ]; German: Milowitz) is a town in Nymburk District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 14,000 inhabitants. In the 20th century, the history of the town was influenced by the presence of a military base. In the 21st century, Milovice is one of the fastest growing towns in the Czech Republic with one of the youngest populations.
