Mifflinburg is a borough in Union County, Pennsylvania, United States. Located in the Susquehanna River Valley of central Pennsylvania, Mifflinburg was settled in 1792 by German immigrants. As of the 2020 census, Mifflinburg had a population of 3,485. A horse drawn buggy and carriage manufacturing company was established in 1845, and Mifflinburg become a major manufacturing center of these in the late 19th century. The Mifflinburg Buggy Museum is located here.
