Isperih (Bulgarian: Исперих [ispɛˈrix]; Turkish: Kemallar) is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Razgrad Province, situated in the central part of the Ludogorie region. It is the administrative centre of the eponymous Isperih Municipality.
