Goriano Sicoli is a comune and town in the Province of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Goriano is a medieval town of about 600 people (2013). The town, which sits on top of a mountain in southeast Abruzzo (about an hour and a half east of Rome and near the Adriatic coast town of Pescara), was made somewhat famous by M. C.
