It is composed of six villages: Dezești (Dezesd), Duleu (Dulló), Fârliug, Remetea-Pogănici (Pogányosremete), Scăiuș (Bojtorjános), and Valea Mare (Pogányosvölgy). The commune is situated in the historical region of Banat, in the northern part of the county, on the border with Timiș County.
