It is composed of four villages: Chiheru de Jos, Chiheru de Sus (Felsőköhér), Urisiu de Jos (Alsóoroszi), and Urisiu de Sus (Felsőoroszi). The commune has a surface area of 115.26 km2 (44.50 sq mi).
